SINGLE-PHASE INVERTERS
The single-phase inverters of SolarMax bring convincing features:
Efficiency and Performance
With their remarkable maximaum efficiency and exceptional European efficiency ratings of respectively 97% and 95.4%, our extended warranty and low weight of 12.7 kg, SolarMax units offer unique and decisive advantages.
Qualty at a competitive price
Although very competitively priced, the SolarMax systems combine the highest construction quality with the advantage of a quick and competant after sales and customer support service and a five-year guarantee.
Long service life and high reliability
All SolarMax inverters comply with TÜV "TYPE APPROVED" standards and come with a warranty quaranteeing long life and trouble free operation of all component parts, as well as freedom of interruptions caused by malfunctions. To achieve this high standard, Sputnik Engineering has made al long-term operational safety a top priority in the design and developement of its SolarMax systems. SolarMax is one of the few systems featuring a built-in monitoring system for residual current leakage, which complies with DIN VDE 0126.
Simplicity
SolarMax single-phase inverters are easy to install, and can be positioned either indoor or outside thanks to their durable aluminium casing. All circuit points are pluggable. The units offer a wide range of input voltages, thus providing a variety of possibilities when laying out the PV array.
Ready availability
Availability is an important asset of SolarMax units, wehich are both easy to find and readily available from our wholesalers, in sufficient quantities.

The modular MaxComm system can be adapted to different customer requirements. MaxComm can accomodate expansion of your PV installation or additional requirements. MaxComm offers tailor-made solutions for a wide range of applications involving different requirements for communication and monitoring ranging from individual homes to large commercial systems.
MaxComm Basic
MaxComm Basic is the interface between the PV installation and the outside world. measurement readings and inverter status information can be queried via an LC display. The serial RS-232 interface enables connectionof a PC via the Max Talk communications software. A data telecommunication interface (analogue modem, ISDN or GSM) can be used for remote queries.
MaxData
MaxData can record measurement readings for the system over a prolonged period (data logger). The data can be read via the data telecommunication connection or locally with a PC and processed further with the MaxTalk View visualisation software. MaxData is included with MaxComm Basic as standard.
MaxDisplay
MaxDisplay can be used to present the main parameters of your PV installation to the public via a large display. Displays from familiar companies such as Schneder, Skytron or Rico can be connected directly to the MaxComm network. MaxDisplay ist included with MaxComm Basic as standard.
MaxAlarm
MaxAlarm is an optional software module for MaxComm Basic. It enables remote monitoring of solar systems. maxAlarm detects and reports faults in the system and individual inverters. A daily report contains the daily and total yield of the whole system and the individual inverters. The report is sent via e-mail.
MaxControl
Ideal monitorin of large commercial systems with SolarMax central inverters. In conjunction with MaxAlarm, MaxControl enables precise yield monitoring and ensures optimum availability of your system. Further information about MaxControl is available direktly from Sputnik Engineering.
MaxMeteo
An iiadiance and solar cell temperature sensor can be connected to the MaxComm network via the MaxMeteo hardware module. The module is supplied with a suitable sensor.
MaxCount
this hardware module enables connection of two eletricity meters with S0 pulse otuput to the maxComm network. MaxCount enables logging of daily, annual and total eletricity meter readings.
MaxConnect plus
The individual strings of a SolarMax central inverter can be monitored via a MaxConnect generator terminal box. See additional maxConnect plus product sheet.
MaxTalk
MaxTalk is a convenient Microsoft Windows based software for communcation with your solar system. It enables management of any number of solar systems and offers clear online desplays of inverter data as well as data logging and analysis options.
The MaxTalk direct version can operate independently, i. e. without MaxComm Basic. An RS-232 to RS-485 converter is used for direct connection between the PC and the MaxComm network.
